How To Make Money From WhatsApp (A $10,000/Month Guide!)

In this article like you read in the title, I’ll be walking you through how you can make money from WhatsApp.

and when I say money here I mean like $10,000 every month and just to show you an example of what I’m talking about right here, you can see that in the screenshot I attached below this paragraph I have over $10,000 made right there.

and the method I used to make the $10,000 you see in the screenshot above is one of the 15 methods that I’ll be showing you in this very detailed article…

So, without further ado, we’ll get right into the first method but before that, I feel it’ll be very important for me to do a very short introduction so that you’ll get to know who you’re learning from.

Now let me explain… I know this might the first time that many of the people that will read this article will hear of the name “YSENSE & CLIXSENSE”

so now let me explain what it is and how you can use it to make money from WhatsApp…

This thing called ysense is a money-making platform, they use to be called clixsense way back but in recent times have gone on to change their name to clixsense, and it’s a website where you actually get to get access to a lot of earning potential…

What they do is that once you’re on their site which looks just like what you see in the image below:

and like I said, ysense is a website that offers you a variety of ways to make real money online and you can use your WhatsApp as an instrument to get money out of this website…

But first, you’ll have to understand exactly how and why ysense pays you money and I’ll explain that right now.

So, ysense on their website has a bunch of places where they have links and buttons that direct to 3 major things, which are:

1. Paid surveys
2. Cash offers
3. Referrals

and the first one “paid Surveys” works just as the name implies, and as you read, it says “paid surveys” which means you get paid by ysense to take surveys and leave your honest opinion in the surveys about certain matters or popular products in our society…

and I know you might be wondering where ysense and other websites like ysense get the money that they pay people like you and me to take these surveys and it’s simple,

Big billion dollar companies like Google, Microsoft, Facebook, bing, yahoo, and the rest of them sometimes need the opinion of the masses which include you and me and these big companies whenever they need these kinds of opinions on certain matters or products that they offer,

they pay websites like ysense, to actually put out these surveys to real people like you and me and what ysense then does is that they take the money that they have been paid by these big companies

and pay people like you and me a cut of the money to take these surveys and answer these questions, and that’s how we make money from that,

and I know you’ll be asking yourself right now, saying “but Daniel, how on earth does ysense relate to WhatsApp and how can I use WhatsApp to make money from it??”

don’t panic, I’ll get to that right away…

so now that you know how money is made on ysense with paid surveys we’ll talk about how money is made on ysense with “cash offers” and I’ll explain just that right away…

Now just like paid surveys, with cash offers on ysense, you get paid by these big tech companies from $1, $2, $3, and lots more to do simple tasks like downloading apps, watching videos, signing up for websites…

You can also get sent various products to test out and give feedback, with those kinds of cash offers you actually benefit from both sides in the sense that you get the product,

2. Using Short Monetized URLs

this method of making money with short URL’s is relatively popular and I know some of the people reading this might have come across people talking about this but might have overlooked it…

but the truth is that there are people making thousands of dollars monthly with short URLs from platforms like WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and the rest of them,

but in this particular article, I will be focused on explaining exactly how you can use these short URLs that I’m talking about here to make money from your WhatsApp…

So, to start with I’ll explain what these short URLs are and how they make money so that you’ll understand the concept of what we’re trying to do right here,

so these URL shorteners are just websites that have codes on them that can make a long website URL that is very long short.

FOR EXAMPLE, a website URL that says “www.mywebsite.com/how-I-bake-bacons-without-water-and-butter” can be put into a link shortening website and what the link shortening website will do is that it will,

take that long URL and turn it into something shorter, for example, “www.bit.ly/cGfx7859” that’s what these short URLs look like…

and what happens now is that when people now click on these links that we have shortened,

the companies that own those link shortening tools will display what is called “interstitial ads” which as the name implies are ads that are shown to a user when he or she is trying to move from one website to another,

the ads that are shown to users last for 5 seconds and then they will see a button that will allow them to skip the ad and head on to their main destination…

and I know you might be wondering and asking, but daniel “who pays these link shortening companies for these ads??”

and the answer to that is that there are a thousand and one marketers out there who spend hundreds of thousands of dollars daily on advertising

and they use these kinds of link shortening networks to get cheap traffic…

So, in short, the marketers who are trying to reach and advertise to people like you and me online pay these link shortening websites

and then the link shortening websites pay people like you and me to share links that have been shortened on their website to our network of family and friends,

because that’s how they get paid…

and you guessed it right, this part where we get to share the links that have been shortened is where we’ll actually use WhatsApp to reach thousands of people…

and for use to make thousands of dollars from these types of networks, we’ll need thousands of clicks,

and one sure way to do that is to actually connect to more people and get them on your WhatsApp,

another sure way to do this is to join a bunch of WhatsApp groups and post things that you are very sure they’ll want to click on…

A very good example is: let’s say you’re in a Christian Whatsapp group, you can easily go over to youtube and search for very popular videos on topics that you know that everyone in the group would want to check out…

now you can see that the image above is a picture that I took from my laptop screen searching for an update on the end time which is something we know all Christians would be interested in,

So, we could easily take one of those videos, copy the link, shorten it with URL shorteners, and that way, when you share it in a group with Christians in it, they’ll want to check it out, and when they keep clicking your link,

they get to view an ad and then continue to the video they wanted to watch after 5 seconds and that way you get paid cents and when you stack up these clicks you can increase the amount of money you’ll be making from WhatsApp…

and about increasing the number of clicks you’re getting on your short URLs you can easily find and join other groups that have a lot of members…

currently, WhatsApp allowed just 256 members in a single group, and if you can get on a grind and target being a member of 100 active groups,

you can easily get 256 x 100 = 20,000+ clicks on your short URLs daily as long as you post what they always want to see…

now that I’ve talked about link shorteners which are the second of the fifteen ways that I’ll show you as regards making money from WhatsApp,

I’ll now move onto the third one on our list,

3. Doing Affiliate Marketing On WhatsApp

Affiliate marketing is one of my main business models…

and if you remember clearly, at the beginning of this post, I talked about showing you the business model that I use to make over $40,000 monthly and this is it…

I’ll quickly explain what it is and how you too can use this to start making serious and consistent money from the internet using WhatsApp…

So, in short, affiliate marketing is a business model where you get to take other people products on the internet,

these could be physical products like cups, mugs, hardcover books, toys, kitchen utensils, etc

or digital products like e-books, online courses, software, website memberships, etc.

So how this works is that when you take people’s products and promote them, you get to get a part of the money that people pay when they buy the product that you’re referring them to,

either physical or digital…

now that I know that you have a basic understanding of what affiliate marketing is, I know you’re most likely thinking and saying

“daniel, how do I get started? where do I find these products to promote?”

and here’s the answer: to get started with affiliate marketing, you have to find things know as affiliate networks or affiliate programs…

So these things called affiliate programs/networks are websites where you get to see a list of different products that you can promote as an affiliate.

and I feel it’s very important for you to know the difference between affiliate networks and affiliate programs…

so, I’ll just do a brief explanation of the both so that you’ll see the clear difference between them both,

Affiliate Networks:

these are websites where you see a collection of affiliate products that you can apply to promote and get links from these networks, then the link you have is what you’ll give to people for them to buy the products through so that you’ll make money…

While…

Affiliate Programs:

These are websites created by a particular product and on the program, unlike on affiliate networks, you can only get the affiliate link to the particular product that created the affiliate program…

So, in short, Affiliate networks are like a network of affiliate programs under one umbrella while an Affiliate program is one that stands on its own…

and now that you know the difference between these two things, I know you’re probably wondering “how exactly we get to make money on WhatsApp with this affiliate marketing business model”

and yeah, I’ll get into that just now and give you an actionable strategy that you can follow and start seeing results as soon as possible…

So, here’s how…

The first thing you need to do is like I said earlier, find an affiliate program or network and find a product that has a good payout..

and what I would call a good payout is something that would pay you anywhere from 30% commission on things you sell as an affiliate marketer and a few networks I would recommend are:

1. ClickBank
2. Digistore 24
3. Health Market
4. Jvzoo
5. Warrior Plus
6. Cj Affiliates, etc

and on these networks, you’ll be able to find a bunch of products that will give you good payouts from 30% and above…

So, let’s say, for instance, you find a weight loss supplement that is targeted towards overweight women that are looking to lose weight,

and let’s say it’s selling for $100 per bottle and has a payout of 40%,

that means you’ll make a whopping $40 each time you refer someone who has been struggling with losing weight to buy,

once you see a product that’s of that sort, all you need to do is get your affiliate link from the affiliate network or affiliate program that you’re using…

how to get the link???

It’s straight forward, there will always be a part on the network where it’s gonna tell you to either “copy link”, “Promote Now” or “get link”

and now that you know exactly what getting your link from an affiliate program or network the next challenge that we’ll face right now would be actually using WhatsApp to get people that would be interested in what we’re trying to promote so I’ll get right into that right away…

Here’s how you use WhatsApp for affiliate Marketing

There are 3 main ways that we can go as long as WhatsApp affiliate marketing is involved…

1. Using Your Status
2. Using Niche Targeted Groups
3. Doing Personal Follow Up…

Now for the first one where I mentioned using your WhatsApp status, it’s really very simple.

What you need to do is to get a new WhatsApp number dedicated to what you’re trying to sell and once you have a number, the next thing you need to do is to go over to youtube…

Use the youtube search bar and search for keywords like “How to lose weight” when you search for this,

you’ll see videos there that have millions of views and all you need to do is go over to the comment section and look through the comments,

try to see the ones that seriously need help and try to reply to their comments, with the aim of providing as much help as you possibly can,

once, you reply to about 20 people, you’ll start to get replies, try to ask them for their contact off youtube, and once you get them off youtube,

get them on your WhatsApp as your friends and once they are on your list, you can easily post stuff about weight loss on your status and quickly get 100’s of views and clicks to your affiliate links…

and remember these are people that you got from videos about losing weight on youtube and you are very sure that they would love to check out anything that would help them lose weight…

just put a link on your status, you’ll notice clicks and if the sales video on the offer page is good enough, you’ll start seeing sales and commissions when you log into your affiliate network or program…

As for doing it with groups and personal follow up,

It actually is the same thing basically,

because for groups, you can easily go over to google and do a search that says something like “weight loss WhatsApp group links”

when you do a search like that on google, you should see results that look similar to what you see in the image that is attached below this sentence you’re reading now:

when you click on the search results that you find on google, you should be able to join about 500 groups… I know it’s hard,

but it’s a grind, just sit down and do it, once done…

you can post affiliate links to these groups or instead of just posting affiliate links directly, you can do something better and that is,

offering value, give them information when you do these people will know you and trust you more in the groups and when they know and trust you when you now refer them to something, there’s a very high chance of them buying what you’re telling them to…

and now that you know just how to use groups, the next method you can use is the personal follow-up method and that’s the most powerful one cause it means you have to connect with the person on a personal level…

You have to become his or her friend…

To do this you can either use the youtube comment method I talked about earlier or you can use the group method to get contacts of people you’re sure are really interested in losing weight…

and once you have their contact, you can then start chatting with them, if possible, go to the sales page of the product you’re trying to sell on WhatsApp, and when you’re there,

look around to see if they have any pictures or videos of people that have lost weight, if there are, just take those pictures and share them with the new friends you’ve made on Whatsapp…

there’s a very high chance they’ll buy what you’re recommending at that point because, first, you are more likely to buy what your friend recommends as opposed to what a random person recommends,

and secondly, he or she is seeing proof that what you’re recommending is something that is working for other people (if you show him or her before and after screenshots of people who have lost weight with what you’re promoting)…

So now that I know that you all know these things, what I’ll explain now is where you actually find these e-commerce products that I’m talking about.

So, there’s a website known as alibaba.com and its the website owned by the guy called Jack Ma and as we all know, the guy is one of the richest people on the planet as at the time that I’m writing this,

and the business they do is that they get the cheapest labor possible and they make very good products and sell them at a very cheap rate on their website namely alibaba.com,

and where we come in and use this to make money on WhatsApp is that we simply get a lot of contacts if you don’t have enough and we take pictures of the products that you feel the people on your contact list would be most interested in,

for example, if the people on your contact list are mostly young ladies, it’s very natural for them to want stuff that’s related to makeup and you can easily go to alibab.com and do a search like the one you see in the image you’re seeing below:

and from what you see in that Image,

I did a search for the keyword “make up” and you can see that from the other two arrows that it says that the prices are $1.6 and the other one $6

and those things right there are things you could easily save the pictures and post on your status update on WhatsApp since you already know that the people on your contact list have a very high chance of picking up interest in what you’re selling…

So, how it works is, that once they show interest, you try to chat with them and get them to place an order and they place the order by sending you money, and obviously,

if you were to sell a product that is sold for $3 on Alibaba, all you have to do is just calculate the shipping fee and let me assume that’s going to cost us about $2,

what you need to do next is add your profits, and you can just add an extra 20$ on that meaning that you can sell those for $3 + $2 + $20 which will equal $25..

and that’s how WhatsApp e-commerce is done…

and with that said, we’ll now get into talking bout the fifth of the fifteen money-making methods that’s we’ll be talking about in this post today.

 

5. Become A WhatsApp Marketer For Business

Now, as the name implies, you’ll literally be marketing businesses on your WhatsApp profile and you’ll get paid for that, and let me just give you an instance of what I’m talking about…

just a few months back, there was a video I made on my youtube channel “Daniels Hustle” and I really wanted to get that video see because it would get me more exposure on the internet in general and in return grow my business,

and one of the methods I wanted to use was WhatsApp marketing and what I simply did was that I went ahead and started looking for people who own popular WhatsApp TVs to get them to post my stuff,

It’s simply because they have a lot of people viewing their WhatsApp status in just a few minutes of posting,

There is really no specific website where you can go to get listed as someone that has thousands of people on your WhatsApp status but there are routes you can take…

the first way you can do is to simply post to the same status that you’re going to be advertising and let the people on your contact list know that you’ll be giving them like 5% of,

any person that they refer to you and the person ends up buying your WhatsApp promotion service…

when you do this, what will happen is that the thousands of people who are already on your contact list viewing your status will as normal human beings take up your offer and start telling their friends who have businesses or stuff they want to promote about you…

and this way you’ll get individuals and business owners who want to buy promotion from you hitting you up and paying you to post stuff about their business on your status…

and I said this was a two-way thing and what I meant by that is that these business owners themselves will just naturally find you cause I actually found the guy I paid to do a promo for me by myself…

due to the fact that I needed promotion at the time and I didn’t know anyone I could buy promotions from, I had to ask… so yeah that’s how this works…

now the phrase “pay per download” is kind of self-explanatory cause as the name implies you really get paid each time someone downloads files from specific links and I’ll be explaining how you can use this in conjunction with WhatsApp to make real money.

So, basically, how these pay per download websites work is that you upload a file and get the file locked, and then in order for someone to unlock the files and download them they’ll have to take some surveys or do simple tasks…

and these tasks are tasks that have been listed by very big and rich businesses that are mostly the “billion-dollar” type companies and what they mostly want is to either get emails of people who complete surveys

or to get people to use and test their new websites and apps so they pay these file locking platforms who in turn pay people like you and me once we create accounts and get people to download files…

Now I know you understand why it’s called pay per download and how the whole concept and as usual I know you’ll be asking yourself saying

“daniel, how do I use WhatsApp to make money from these pay per download websites and where exactly do I find these websites?”

and yeah, I’ll answer that right now.

ok, as I said earlier, the whole idea of making money with WhatsApp has to do with the people you have on your contact list…

So, let’s assume that you’ve managed to build up a WhatsApp contact list of about 3000 people, and you know for sure that these people are real people that you added to your contact list by yourself.

All you need to do is make sure you give them an offer that they can’t resist and then make sure you lock that offer and I know you’ll be wondering what I mean by an offer.

if you can get like 10,000 people to visit your link and go to your blog and you have ads on there and you get those 10,000 people from a post,

you can do like 10 posts and that will be equaling a total of 100,000+ people on your blog and that amount of visitors can make you at least $2000 and at max, $8000 depending on what your blog is about…

So, that’s right there is a brief on how making money from WhatsApp with a blog works by getting traffic from WhatsApp to your blog… and with all that said, we’ll get ahead with talking about the eight out of the fifteen money-making methods that I’ll show you here…

1. find a money-making app that has a referral program
2. tell your friends on WhatsApp about it
3. give them your link and when they join, you get paid

there are tonnes of digital skills that you can learn on platforms like Udemy cause there it’s super cheap to learn things from professionals…

and about knowing the exact skills to learn, I actually did a post here on my website titled “top sellable skills you can learn” so you can actually use the search bar to find it and read it,

I believe that when you’re done reading it, you will actually be able to decide on what skill to learn and sell to the audience you have on WhatsApp…

and as I assume you already know, when you’ve decided on what skill you want to learn and you’ve finally learned the skill,

the next things you need to do is do a little bit of practice with the main aim of showing off the results you can get for people and show this off to the audience you have on your WhatsApp contact list,

Once people see that you’re good enough at what you do they will naturally chat you up and ask for inquiries and that way you’ll just have a chat with them and then strike a deal once you guys come to an agreement…

and that’s how you can actually sell your own skills directly on WhatsApp in order to make money and,

that actually takes us to the next method that we’ll talk about here and that would be

 

10. Providing Live Customer Support On WhatsApp

now, as the name implies, it says “customer support” right???

and yeah it’s what it sounds like,

cause you’re basically going to be helping companies that offer live customer support on their website get it done…

Now let me explain cause I know a lot of people might still be finding this hard to understand…

Now, for example, let’s just say that you’re a professional video editor and you’re using a paid video editor, and let’s just assume that you’re trying to make your monthly payment for the software, and it’s not going through…

what you’ll do is to find a way to get in touch with the software company immediately for them to help you rectify the issue that you’re having with their software,

and most of the time, these big companies use something that’s called a “live customer support” feature, and it’s the feature that gives troubled customers the ability to chat with a representative from the company to help solve the problems that customers are having.

and most of the time these companies use WhatsApp, and they also hire people like you to work from home and you can literally be at home, working as one of their WhatsApp representatives,

answering people’s questions, and getting paid for doing just that…

and I know you’ll be asking yourself right now saying, “Ok right now I know I can make money from this but where exactly and how exactly do I get started?”

and that’s something that I’ve already covered in an article titled how to get a customer service job or something like that,

so what you can do is to just use the search bar here on my website to find that particular post, and that way you’ll be able to read up every single thing you’ll need to know as far as making money as a WhatsApp chat representative goes.

and that’s it for that cause right now, we’ll move on to the part where we’re going to be talking about making money on WhatsApp using something called viral scripts…

11. Using WhatsApp Viral Scripts

Now I’m very sure that this might be the first time most of you might be hearing about WhatsApp viral scripts and how money can be made from them but don’t worry,

cause I’ll explain everything to you right away…

So, I’m sure at least 90% of the people reading this use WhatsApp and if you use WhatsApp then I’m sure you might have run into some links that when they get sent to you, they tell you to do some specific things,

for example, you might see someone sharing a link saying that the government is giving away a free $200 to every citizen and when you click on the link they’ll then ask you to make sure you share the same website you’re on to about 10 WhatsApp groups in order to participate,

and how this works is that for instance, you, who is the owner of the script, shares the link to one person and that person shares to 10 groups and let me say a total of 50 people in those 10 groups see it and take section.

they will share the website with 10 groups each and the number of visitors coming to your website keeps on increasing cause people keep sharing and sharing and you can easily use Google AdSense to put ads on the webpage that you will make go viral through WhatsApp…

12. Cross Promoting Other Platforms You Own

This part is very self-explanatory cause as the name implies, it just deals with you trying to move all the audience you’ve built here on WhatsApp to other platforms…

You could start a Facebook group and move people you have on your WhatsApp to that group and find ways to monetize the group as well…

and like I guess you guessed, you can do the same thing you did with a Facebook group on other platforms like a youtube channel, Instagram account, a blog, or anything of these sorts..

If you happen to have any of them… just do the cross-promotion right and you can make money from the other platforms that you have grown with the audience that you already had on WhatsApp…

and with all that said about cross-promotion, we’ll go ahead and talk about the next thing on our list which is,

 

13. Using Youtube Videos

and I know you might be wondering right now saying “daniel, how exactly am I supposed to use WhatsApp to make money from youtube?”

and you don’t need to worry too much cause I’ll explain that right away…

As I said in the previous point where I talked about cross-promotion, that’s exactly what I’m talking about here when I talk about using WhatsApp to make money from youtube…

So, let’s just roughly estimate that you have built up a contact list of people on WhatsApp who are mostly made up of young girls and you know that most of these girls are always interested in makeup and fashion,

what you can do is to make videos for youtube about the topic that people on your contact list would mostly love and use WhatsApp to promote it,

Once done, you’ll see that your videos will start to pick up and when they start to pick up you can get monetized on youtube and start making money from there using views you got from WhatsApp…

and that’s how using WhatsApp for youtube growth works…

so, now that we’ve talked about that, lets now talk about the next thing on our list and that should be,

 

14. Adding As Many Contacts As Possible

This one is quite straight forward, cause if you’ve been very attentive to everything I’ve been explaining here, then you should know for sure that for one to successfully make money from WhatsApp,

you’ll need to have a lot of contacts, and when I say a lot I mean it in thousands and this can be achieved…

Once you find the post, read it and it’ll throw more light on how exactly you can get more contacts on WhatsApp…

and with that said, we’ll talk about the last thing on our list here and that’ll be,

 

15. Thinking Outside The Box

Yeah, you heard that right… I said you should think outside everything I’ve told you, cause I believe that if you’ve read this post till this point you’ve surely gotten the concept of how these things work,

and with that, you should be able to think out and try out new things that’ll be able to make you money on WhatsApp,

cause as far as making money whether online or offline is involved you’ll have to always get creative…
